I’m an Orange County native, born and raised in the quaint beach town of San Clemente. I grew up with the salt water in my hair and the ocean mist on my skin. I love being outside any chance I get, especially near water. Ready for a new adventure and continued personal growth, I recently moved to the great state of Texas.

After playing basketball collegiately and then ten years of being a head college coach, I was ready for a vocation pivot. Regardless, I continue to find the most joy in helping others; Zig Ziglar said it best, “you will get all you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want.” My two favorite ways to do that are through teaching fun fitness and yummy nutrition!

Fitness has been a part of my life since day one. My family owned a health club in Montana when I was young so I literally grew up in a gym! Therefore, health and wellness was a lifestyle, not just something you sprinkled in throughout the week. I have a learned a lot since those days and I am continuing to learn. After playing basketball collegiately, I played professionally overseas for several years. Having the knowledge of how to be in my best shape served me well during that time and it still does.

I would love to partner with YOU and teach you one of my favorite principles and life mantras- there’s no better investment than your health! I believe fitness is multifaceted and most definitely includes the element of nutrition; these are lifelong skills and it is crucial that we learn to work with our bodies, not against them. Working out and eating in a way that truly fuels you for success at all stages of life can and should be fun! It’s a GET to, not a have to! It would be my greatest joy to help you discover that truth too.



Crystal is passionate about sharing the full, rich teachings of yoga (asana, meditation, yoga nidra, philosophy, etc.) in a truly experiential way that helps us to positively transform and enrich our lives. Having worked as a yoga teacher and trainer for over a decade, she is continually inspired by the vitality of the human spirit and the power of yoga to help us tap into a deep inner-peace and well-being.
